Classes

M2 Personal Training offers group exercise classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, and kids classes.  See below to check out the current offerings.  Please fill out the health history form below before your first class so I can better serve you during class.

Option 1: "Results Driven" Boot Camp for REAL People

 

This 6 week class will focus on achieving your goals--whether you want to get stronger, lose weight, or improve your overall conditioning.  Melissa Miller, a nationally certified personal trainer will lead you week by week through safe, effective, and motivating classes.  There will be fitness testing and in-depth goal setting the first week of class. Participants will also received a detailed exercise plan for outside of class.  There will be fitness testing and goal evaluation at the end of each session.

 

You can expect a small group, non-intimidating environment, supportive environment, and fun!

Mid Winter Session

Tuesdays/Thursdays

March 6- April 19, 2012.  No classes 4/3 and 4/6

Outdoors at Crozet Park or indoors at Crozet Baptist Church.

$180 / session.  No refunds or make-up days. 

Bring a mat, water bottle and be ready to make life-lasting changes!

Option 2:  Boot Camp for REAL People (Ongoing/Drop in Class)

 

Boot Camp for REAL people is an outdoor exercise class full of fun, adventure, motivation and fitness.  This class is geared for all ages and abilities.  If you think of drill instructors yelling at you when you hear the words "boot camp", think again. Melissa is encouraging and motivating without yelling or demeaning the participants. You will have a blast at Boot Camp, meet your neighbors, and achieve great results.

 

Classes consist of interval training with exercises such as walking/running, athletic drills, jumping rope, agility drills, and strength training.  This includes body weight exercises such as push ups, assisted pull ups, squats and lunges.  There will always be corework and stretching.  You will never get bored because each class is different! You are encouraged to work at a level that is appopriate for your fitness level.

 

All classes are held at Claudius Crozet Park.  Classes are held rain or shine.  There are pavillions for light and coverage if it rains.  We will use the park building if it is less than 21 degrees and/or thunder and lightening.

 

NOTE:  Beginning 2/6/2012 indoor classes will be held at Crozet Baptist Church.

Class Fees for Boot Camp for REAL People

 

$15 per class or $98 for an 8 session pass.  The eight session pass expires three months from the purchase date.  Come try your first class for free!

 

Special Promotion:  Come Monday and Wednesday in the same week and Friday is only $5.
