A Wiser Weigh is an eight week motivational wellness program that addresses weight loss by focusing on successful balanced nutrition, exercise instruction, and behavior modification techniques. It is not a diet! That’s right, not a diet. The program will help you adopt healthy eating basics, manage your menu at home and while dinning out, get started and stick with exercise, and master everyday stress. A Wiser Weigh is a practical approach to changing your life-style to lose weight, decrease your percent body fat, and increase your activity level. The program will help you understand your current attitudes, behaviors, and decisions about food and exercise and guide you to make positive changes that enable you to live your healthiest life. A Wiser Weigh will be the most fun you’ve had working to develop healthy habits.
